   BookingHound is an Integrated Online Booking and Reservation System that allows you to sell your activities and events online and receive real time bookings. It is Proven, reliable, secure and robust and allows you to do business 24/7, while improving your service levels to customers, streamlining your administration and increasing your revenue streams. Using BookingHound you will power your company’s growth, streamline operations as well as increase you revenue and profitability.

2. Do I need to sign or agree to any long term contracts to use the system ?

   In a word NO !

3. Will I be charged a monthly fee to use the system ?

   In a word NO ! You only pay us when you receive a confirmed order from your customer.

4. Do I need any special software or hardware ?

   In a word NO ! BookingHound is online so you can access it from any computer that has access to the internet.

5. What can I sell on BookingHound ?

   You can sell live real-time ticket and event bookings; voucher sales and redemptions.

6. What about technical support ?

   Email and telephone technical support are offered which are serviced from our UK offices.

7. Do you offer additional services ?

   Services such as web design are also available. Please call us for a quote.

8. Will BookingHound look similar to my web site ?

   Yes, you can design your BookingHound website to look similar to your own website using our editor.

9. Are my bookings secure ?

   Yes, all bookings made via BookingHound are secure.

10. Which version should I select ?

    If you need to organize 1 free to attend event/activity that is limited to a maximum of 25 attendees then you should select our ‘Express’ version – and its free !

    If you are organizing a number of events/activities that may or not be chargeable that don’t have complex booking requirements then you should choose our ‘Pro’ version.

    For everything else, you should choose ‘Enterprise’ as this is our full featured version.

11. Do you offer high volume user discounts ?

    Yes, if you think you will transact more than 1,000 bookings a year then please contact us so we can discuss preferred pricing for your company/organsation.

12. What type of event/activity can I create ?

    The only limit is your imagination !

15. How do I pay and when will I get invoiced ?

    Invoicing takes place on the 1st and 15th of each month. Once you have registered your credit or debit card details and paid your first invoice, subsequent invoices will be paid automatically by ‘continuous authority’ leaving you to get on running your business and taking more bookings !

16. What are your terms and conditions ?

    These can be found on the registration page and must be agreed to before you can use BookingHound

17. Does BookingHound.com offer an affiliate program ?

    Not yet but this is planned for the near future.

18. I didn’t receive my confirmation email ?

    We suggest that you check your spam folder as emails can sometimes be put in the wrong place !

19. I need help – where do I call ?

    Please refer to the contact us page for contact details – we would love to hear from you !

20. What happens if I stop using the system ?

    Simply pay any outstanding invoices and stop using the system – and its done !
