- BookingHound allows you to clear credit/debit card transactions online via your own e-merchant account or by Paypal.
- For security purposes, BookingHound does not hold credit card or Paypal information on file but processes the necessary information as soon as it has been entered. The payment is made directly into the supplier’s bank account by the card acquirer, in accordance with your existing merchant terms, and there are no additional fees charged by BookingHound.
- Payment details are not stored but are processed immediately through a secure site to the acquiring bank
- All monies are cleared directly into your bank account
- No additional processing fees are charged by BookingHound although there is an annual fee of £300 pa for the on-going Datacash facility.
- There is no charge by Bookinghound for the use of Paypal.

- BookingHound allows ‘flexible’ pricing of activities. This means that the price may be varied according to any and all of the following variables:
- By Booking Date ranges
- By Activity Date ranges
- By Days of the Week
- By Times of the Day
- By Number of Places
- Flexible pricing will accommodate group pricing – specifying group size and price per group; “Flexible Group Pricing” e.g. £100 for 1 person, £190 for 2 people etc.
