Online digitally signed waivers – Create your own customer waiver form that is required to be digitally signed before arrival at your venue meaning theres no need to sign-on upon arrival
Scan attendees upon arrival – Scan your attendees using the embeded QR code which is part of the order confirmation
Allow only 1 booking per time slot – A simple and effect method of limiting the number of bookings to only 1 per time slot
Offer bulk discounts – Offer an automatic basket discount based on the number of items purchased, number of tickets sold or the total value of the basket
Proximity pricing – offer discounts for people booking in the future e.g. 90 day’s ahead of todays date
Discounted ‘Pays for ticket’ vouchers – Sell gift vouchers at less than current ticket value. E.g. Adult ticket = £30, sell a voucher for £25 that can be used for a £30 ticket
Cash gift vouchers – offer higher redemption value on cash gift vouchers. Offer specific value gift vouchers, i.e. £100, but allow customer to redeem for a total of £120
Extended expiry – Sell gift vouchers valid for e.g. 2 years. Encourage customers to buy gift vouchers as they will have longer to use them
Promo codes – These have a wide range of options and can be made valid for certain days of the week, times of the year
First come first served – Promote more activities than you can actually deliver per time slot and leave it to BookingHound to automatically manage your availability
